The Sun
The Art of Radiance
Joy · Confidence · Abundance · Authenticity
This art feels like pure joy.
It's about that moment when you realize you no longer need permission to shine.
You've moved through the shadows. You've climbed the walls. You've weathered the storms. And now, here you are, standing in your own light.
This piece flowed through me in golden waves of warmth, optimism, and radiant energy.
A divine child sits peacefully upon her white horse, surrounded by blooming sunflowers and bathed in the golden glow of the sun.
She represents innocence, truth, freedom, and the quiet confidence that comes from being completely yourself.
The roses woven throughout the garden are my own symbols of healing and rebirth. A reminder that even our most difficult seasons can grow into something extraordinary.
She's not searching for joy.
She's already glowing in it.
✦ BEHIND THE SYMBOLISM
In traditional tarot, The Sun is card XIX of the Major Arcana and represents happiness, vitality, clarity, and success.
The child symbolizes our most authentic self, free from fear, shame, and the expectations of others.
The white horse represents purity and the freedom of the spirit, while the sunflowers symbolize abundance, growth, and our natural desire to turn toward the light.
Traditionally, a wall stands behind the child, often interpreted as a symbol of boundaries or challenges overcome.
In my interpretation, The Sun represents a woman who has come home to herself.
She has learned that her radiance isn't something she needs to earn.
It has always lived within her.
✦ IF THIS CARD FINDS YOU...
Let this be your reminder that you are allowed to feel good.
You're allowed to celebrate how far you've come. To take up space. To be seen. To laugh loudly, love deeply, and embrace the life unfolding around you.
You don't need to dim your light to make anyone else comfortable.
You've done the growing. You've survived the darkness.
Now, darling, it's time to bloom.
You are the sun.
